Creating Healthy Boundaries


What do you want? What do you need? When building healthy boundaries we must acknowledge the way we are interconnected and independent from other people. It is necessary to cultivate an awareness of your UNIQUE wants and needs. But then, how do those wants and needs fit into a life of other people and relationships? It's a collaborative project, one that begins with identifying that you are your own person, but also a person that is impacted, informed & loved by others.

Why a boundary class?


I have had A LOT of practice setting boundaries, and still it never seems to quite get easy. This work is hard! It requires support & validation. I have a deep desire to stay interconnected with my loved ones will maintaining my autonomy. This desire has led me to learn so much about holding my own needs in collaboration with the needs of people I love. I wrote this class to share some of that wisdom, as well as the wisdom I've received from so many teachers, students, partners, friends, and family along the way. We are on this journey together.
